First step: you ask

The first step in your journey begins with your inquiry, allowing us to address all your questions and concerns and to get to know each other. You are welcome to ask anything, from details about dental procedures such as crowns or veneers, to questions regarding trip organization. Our consultations are entirely free
Submitting an inquiry is quick and easy, with various contact options available: you can send an email, schedule a phone call, arrange a video call, or meet in person if that is your preference. You can book your private consultation using our dedicated booking system
Following our initial conversation, you will be asked to provide necessary materials for our dental team to assess your case, such as pictures of your teeth. Within a few hours, we will respond with the most suitable solution for you. Your new smile could be just a few days away, so let's get started!
Second step: we plan
Your Ho Chi Minh Dental Journey: Plan, Stay, Enjoy
After our expert dental team assesses your case, we will create a detailed and customized dental plan specifically for your one-week visit to Ho Chi Minh. This plan will include a clear schedule outlining the exact days and number of appointments required, typically three to four visits. It will also describe what will happen during each appointment, allowing you to maximize your time in Ho Chi Minh City and achieve your desired results efficiently
In addition, we will help you plan logistics, including flights and accommodation. We partner with hotels near your chosen clinic, offering special rates and various options (such as 3-star or 4-star hotels) to suit your budget. Complimentary transfers are also provided for our guests
Once you accept our proposal and agree on the dental work, you will be required to pay One Week Dental fee as listed in our Pricing section
Third step: you Receive
Creating The Magic
Upon your arrival in Ho Chi Minh, you will be warmly welcomed and greeted by our dedicated staff. Your journey will then begin with your first dental appointment. This appointment involves a complimentary general checkup, professional teeth cleaning, and a full X-ray of your mouth. Following these essential services, our team will prepare your teeth for the application of crowns or veneers
Your new smile is meticulously designed and perfected by a professional Smile Artist in the clinic's state-of-the-art laboratory.
Subsequently, a skilled dental technician will handcraft and detail your personalized restorations
The second-to-last step involves a revealing appointment, where you will get to see your new teeth for the very first time.
The final step is dedicated to finishing, perfecting, and ensuring your new teeth are perfectly settled and comfortable within your mouth
Throughout your entire trip, and even beyond, we will remain constantly available via WhatsApp to provide support. You will never be left alone. We maintain continuous communication with both you and the clinic, before and during your appointments, to ensure everything progresses exactly as planned, efficiently and on time
