Our customers are offered exclusive One Week Dental pricing. When you visit the clinic, payment for your dental procedures will be processed in the local currency, Vietnamese Dong. The cost for a single Crown or a single Veneer is standardized at 10 million Vietnamese Dong (which is around $580 AUD)
Additionally, for those choosing 8 or more crowns or veneers, an extra 10% discount will be applied, providing a saving of One Million Dong on each tooth, providing you a savings of 80% of Australian Prices

One Week Dental Fee
Our Comprehensive Service Fee for Your New Smile
We charge a single, fixed fee of $799 for all our services dedicated to helping you achieve your new smile. This fee is all-inclusive, covering taxes and other charges
Payment Details
This fee is required after you accept our proposal and finalize the dental work to enhance your smile, and before you receive your detailed dental plan and travel itinerary. You can pay this fee via bank transfer or using most common credit cards, over the phone pr using payments links such as Stripe or Paypal links. An invoice will be provided and sent to you
What Our "One Week Dental" Fee Includes
Early Stages of Planning:
• Thorough review of your dental materials: This includes elaborating on all submitted dental photos, X-rays, and other relevant information
• Personalized dental plan design: We will create and complete a detailed dental treatment plan specifically for you
• Travel and accommodation assistance: We will help you manage your round-trip air travel to Ho Chi Minh City, book your accommodation, and ensure all logistical arrangements are in order and on schedule
During Your Stay in Ho Chi Minh City:
• Continuous support via WhatsApp: For your entire week-long stay and throughout your dental appointments in Ho Chi Minh City, we will be available on the phone (WhatsApp) to provide any assistance you may need, ensuring you are always connected and supported.
• Privileged dental prices negotiated for you with our partners clinics, saving you additional amount of money
Post-Treatment Support Upon Your Return:
• Ongoing assistance: You can rely on us for support after you return from Vietnam
• Referral for minor issues: In the very rare event of an issue with your crowns or veneers (e.g., an accidental chip or crown fallout), we will refer you to our dentist in Melbourne for a quick fix . Please note that any moderate costs associated with such repairs will be split in half between One Week Dental and you
• Free repairs at partner clinic: Our partner dental clinic in Ho Chi Minh City, where your original dental work was performed, will fix any issues that arise with your teeth free of charge [conversation history]. However, you would need to fly back to Ho Chi Minh for this service
Payment Processing:
Dental work payments must be made directly to your assigned partner dental clinic upon your arrival in Ho Chi Minh. We do not process or manage these payments ourselves. Our only direct charge is our Referral Fee (One Week Dental Fee), which is detailed separately
After your initial visit to the dental clinic, your dentist's personal assistant will request a 20% deposit for your dental treatment. The remaining balance should be settled incrementally during subsequent appointments. Our partner clinics offer various payment options, including all major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash (which is the preferred method). All dental services are calculated and paid in the local currency, and you will receive invoices for all deposits and balance payments
Flights and accommodation must also be paid directly to their respective service providers. We do not handle these payments. However, we will provide guidance on finding the most cost-effective flight options and offer exclusive, special rates for your accommodation through our hotel partners
