Welcome to One Week Dental! By booking a phone call, a video call or in person appointment, requesting your fees as Referee-part of our Rewarding Program, or using our website, you ("Client" or "You") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services

One Week Dental requires a non-refundable fee of [$799AUD] upon receiving your detailed and final Dental Plan and travel itinerary with date, addresses, time and all other relevant informations for your dental treatments.  Accepted payment methods include [Over the phone credit card payment, online payment services such as PAYPAL link, Stripe link. Client may reschedule his travel with at least [three working days] notice, with exceptions considered only for emergencies, delays, rescheduled or cancelled flights. If client changes his mind regards his dental procedures and not willing to travel anymore, he will still be charged the entire One Week Dental fee of $799 AU

All images and media captured during the dental procedure are copyrighted by One Week Dental.  By agreeing to these Terms, you grant (upon your written consent) One Week Dental permission to use select images for website, studio portfolios, marketing materials, and social media. Consent may be withdrawn for specific images by contacting us in writing. 

Images will be professionally edited according to the website artistic standards.  One Week Dental reserves the right to select and edit the best images for its website.

One Week Dental reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the "Effective Date" will be updated. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria jurisdiction. In the event of any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action. Each party is responsible for its own legal costs.
